I had an incredible stay at this hotel. the value for money was outstanding. With prices that are perfect for budget travelers, I couldn't believe all the amenities and services that were included. Secondly, the attention to detail throughout the hotel was impeccable. From the well-maintained rooms with a double bed next to the main living quarters, to the stunning view of the Aso Mountains, every aspect of my stay was carefully thought out. Lastly, the location of the hotel in the mountains of Kyushu was truly breathtaking. Being surrounded by the natural beauty of the national park added an extra layer of serenity to my stay.

SpaGreeness is a serene retreat with spacious cottages and private onsens. The staff is attentive and the breakfast is delicious. The location is ideal for visiting Kuju Ski field and Kuju Winery. The view from the room is stunning.

Our Xmas vacation at this hotel was simply amazing. We loved the fact that the room had a private onsen, perfect for relaxation and enjoying the mountain view during the day. The hotel is also located near great hiking trails which offered us the chance to explore the scenery with ease. The staff were friendly and always available to help. We also enjoyed the snacks offered which were great.

Although the location was perfect for us, we found that there weren't many eateries around. However, the hotel did offer a set dinner, but it was quite pricey.

No complaints here, everything was perfect.

The hotel we stayed at during New Year's Eve was fantastic! the rooms had incredible natural springs onsen which was very relaxing. the hotel's key location provided a stunning mountain view. the hotel staff was very helpful and provided great service. we indulged in a delicious and healthy breakfast, which was a highlight of the stay.

The only downside was the location of our room. the room became quite cold, particularly the toilet area as there wasn't any heating system in the small room.
